EU regulation 2020/740, 2023/1115 and 2023/988
REGULATION (EU) 2023/1115 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 31 May 2023 on the making available on the Union market and the export from the Union of certain commodities and products associated with deforestation and forest degradation > EUDR. In conjunction with EU Regulation 2020/740, the requirements for our industry have been tightened even further. Every market participant should be aware of the requirements. It starts on 30.12.2024. Chapter 1, Articles 4 and 5 in particular are exciting with all the consequences behind.
From 13 December 2024, the requirements of EU Regulation 2023/988 must be met. Exciting tasks here too, such as a product image.
